At examdaddy.com, we understand that there could be times when you may want to cancel your Registration for various reasons. While we strive to make cancellations easier for you, we regret to inform that we cannot accept cancellations after 24 hours of your registration.

No cancellations could be accepted beyond 24 hours of registration.

Although, you may not be able to cancel your registration yourself, you may contact the Customer Team through Livechat, Phone or email, within 24 hours of registration, in case you wish to cancel your registration.

You could choose to receive a refund or a credit voucher for the value of the cancellation. You would receive a refund after deducting 7% of the registered amount towards credit card processing/ other miscellneous expenses. If you choose to receive a credit voucher, you will get an code through email, which you could use the same in your/yours relations/friends registration, in the same website.

Refunds can be made to the Credit/ Debit card that you used while registration. Registrations placed using netbanking, would be refunded through the same payment gateway through which the registration was initially Processed.
